Where it all begins – with a need of a solution!

RV Recruitment started its operations in 2010 in the United Kingdom. Company’s CEO saw a need in the industry that could have been resolved with the right skillset of professionals. Then, the first skilled professionals were sent to their first construction objects and landed first of many loyal clients.
The demand was growing and so was RV Recruitment team.

It was time for a change – a change for the better!

In 2020, United Kingdom had left the European Union, and it became harder for the RV Recruitment to manage the projects in Europe, so in 2021, the decision was made to move all the headquarters to Europe, Estonia, Tallinn. It was a drastic change that needed to be done to secure the loyalty of our clients and to be able to offer them more solutions for time of need!

As addition, RP Building was congratulated of becoming a team member offering a full cycle of construction and building – from project planning till execution and maintenance. The work continued even when Covid strike – with all the precautions, with all the restrictions – we managed!

Where are we today?

RV Recruitment offered solution portfolio is growing: if the business started with only construction worker recruitment, then today you can find a solution for: construction, engineering, renewable energy, agriculture and even a modular build industry.

Today, company has to offer more than 450 different job function professionals who have gained extensive experience working all around Scandinavia and Europe. We have more than 300 projects completed and a lot of satisfied clients who return to us with every new project, plan, idea to realize!
